Thank you for a long time, the company’s crane care, in view of this year, the company’s product return rate has been increasing, and in the returned goods on the back plate there are dirt, lion steps, water marks, there are small stones stuck in the middle of the board, leading to scratches and other defects on the panel. And some water-dyed veneer or natural veneer has been placed for too long for various reasons, and it can no longer be used due to color and texture problems after being shipped back to Lida Company!
Some lacquered products and PZ series have a protective film when they leave the factory, but when they are returned to our company, the protective film has been torn off, or there is mud and sand mixed on the board, and they can no longer be used after being shipped back to Lida!
In order to avoid the above disputes, the company will set the following return method from July 113, I really hope for your understanding!
The return method of Lida Company is as follows:
- Water-dyed veneer, natural veneer, coating without damage and integrity< protective film intact without tearing >, in the date of shipment < the billing date > within two months can be returned, more than two months will not be able to handle returns!
- Artificial, PZ, Technological… Under the premise of no damage and integrity< the protective film is intact and > without tearing, it can be returned within three months of the shipment date < >the billing date, and it will not be possible to return it after more than three months!
- The project color, paint type, paste, customized products, heart wood heartboard customization, and the production crane designated by you cannot be returned!
